1. Orientation - We will discuss your company or organization and your project's scope, objectives, budget and timeline. We will also ask questions about your target market or customer base and any specialized audience for your project. When appropriate, we will offer our thoughts regarding additional considerations you may wish to make.

2. Project Overview - Working with you or your staff, we identify key points and develop the overall layout for the project. This becomes a working plan that we build on and refer to for all other project activities. The project overview also includes timelines and schedule dates for the project.

3. Project Development - You or your staff's contribution is often underestimated in developing the project. The words you use to express the "image" of the project are extremely important. We also provide writing services, and we can even assist you in defining your vision for the project.

4. Design Review - We will provide you with at least 3 design alternatives for your project. We present these and work with you to finalize the final design to your liking.

5. Production - Using state of the art computer systems and professional desktop publishing software, we complete the project as specified. A final review is provided and depending on the complexity of the project, additional reviews and sign-offs will be completed with you.
